In India there are million`s of people who have paid full amount to the developer and taken the possession of the property. Now if the possession of the property is acquired before the tax regime was applied on the property and if the property is not transferred in municipal corporation`s book i.e. STAMP DUTY IS STILL UNPAID THEN DOES IT ATTRACT ANY SERVICE TAX. REMEMBER THE ALLOTMENT LATTER IS BEING ISSUED A LONG BACK SAY 2001-02. Sir,
